At Bella Jules Beauty, Aesthetics and Training Ltd, we believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness and respect. We are committed to creating an inclusive learning and working environment where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential, regardless of their background or personal circumstances.

Protected characteristics
We support the principles of the Equality Act 2010 and will not tolerate discrimination based on any protected characteristic, including age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
Reasonable adjustments
Some learners may require additional support. Where appropriate, reasonable adjustments may include additional learning support, alternative assessment arrangements, extended assessment time, accessible learning materials, additional breaks, or adjustments to training environments. Adjustments are considered individually and must not compromise learning outcomes or professional standards.
Zero-tolerance approach
We operate a zero-tolerance approach towards discrimination, harassment, bullying, victimisation, hate speech, offensive behaviour and intimidation. Anyone found engaging in such behaviour may be subject to disciplinary procedures and, where appropriate, removal from the academy.
Reporting concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination or unfair treatment is encouraged to report it. Concerns will be taken seriously, treated confidentially, investigated fairly and managed in line with our policies. Individuals raising genuine concerns will not be disadvantaged for doing so.
